Ágata is a boutique condo hotel of 59 apartments inside Aldea Downtown, a private residential community in the heart of Downtown Punta Cana. It is developed and built by Constructora Arenacal and designed by Acebal Canney Arquitectos & Asociados. Its four levels are arranged around a central garden with a natural lagoon, so water and tropical landscape are part of daily life. Downtown Mall, Plaza San Juan, Hard Rock Café, Coco Bongo and Caribbean Lake Park are minutes away, Los Corales beach in Bávaro is about 5 minutes by car, and Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is 12 km away.

As a condo hotel, Ágata lets owners enjoy their apartment and, subject to the final operating model, place it in a rental program managed by hotel operator Bocobay when they are not using it. Short-term rentals are allowed.

Every apartment includes one parking space. Furniture is not included.

Payment plans: reserve your unit with US$2,000, credited to the down payment. Standard plan: 20% when signing the purchase promise, 40% in equal monthly installments during the 16 months of construction and 40% on delivery. Also available: 50% / 30% / 20%, or 90% at signing and 10% on delivery (ask about the early-payment benefit).
